Highland Park Golf Course first opened for play in 1924. The course was designed by C. H. Alison and H. S. Colt.

This mature, hilly course has numerous full growth trees lining its fairways. The greens are flat, small, and medium speed. A creek flowing through the course comes into play on several holes.

Par for the course is 70. From the back tees the course plays to 5,539 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4,873 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 13, a par-5 that plays to 490 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 3, a par-3 that plays to 105 yards from the back tees.

Watch out for # 5, a 425 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 15, a 262 yard par-4.
